  • Once an order is placed, cancellations or modifications may not be possible, especially for customized products.

  • Installation services are subject to site readiness and accessibility.

  • Batta’s is not responsible for delays caused by customer unavailability, site issues, or external factors.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Customized or made-to-order products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

  • Returns or exchanges for standard products will be considered only in case of manufacturing defects, subject to inspection.

  • Any damage or discrepancy must be reported at the time of delivery or within 24 hours.

6. Warranty

Warranty coverage is provided as per the respective brand’s policy (Batta’s Luxury, Zencorest, COFA Furnishing, Elegance Edge, etc.).

Warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Improper usage or handling

  • Damage caused by water, fire, or external factors

  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
