We currently provide delivery and installation services across our serviceable areas, including Hyderabad (Subhash Nagar, KPHB, Patancheru), Vizag, Bhubaneswar, and nearby regions. Delivery to other locations may be arranged on request, subject to availability and additional charges.


2. Delivery Timelines

  • Estimated delivery timelines will be shared at the time of order confirmation.

  • Standard products typically take 3–10 business days, depending on location and availability.

  • Customized products and interior projects may require longer timelines based on design, manufacturing, and site conditions.

  • All timelines are approximate and may vary due to logistics, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.


3. Delivery Charges

  • Delivery charges, if applicable, will be communicated before order confirmation.

  • Charges may vary based on distance, product size, and installation requirements.


4. Installation Services

  • Installation is provided for applicable products such as sofas, wardrobes, kitchens, and interior works.

  • Customers must ensure site readiness (clear access, electricity, and space) before installation.

  • Any delays caused by site unavailability or customer absence may result in rescheduling charges.


5. Inspection at Delivery

Customers are requested to inspect products at the time of delivery. Any visible damage, defects, or mismatches must be reported immediately or within 24 hours of delivery.


6. Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances

While we strive to meet promised timelines, Batta’s is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Natural calamities or transportation issues

  • Manufacturing delays

  • Customer unavailability

  • Site-related constraints

Such delays do not qualify for cancellation or refund.


7. Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery cannot be completed due to customer unavailability or incorrect address details, re-delivery may incur additional charges.
